House Offices offer small to medium-sized offices fitted to a contemporary, modern standard, with a design flair that makes them feel like a home office. Our spaces are homely while remaining professional, giving businesses the best of both worlds. We have single-person rooms through to spaces for up to 200 staff in buildings across the UK.

For tenants, we make every office feel as though you are working from home. Our staffed receptions are designed to feel welcoming, like a living room. Our offices are created to feel like your home office. Our reception staff are like friends and family - welcoming, with a smile, and nothing is too much trouble.

We aim to incorporate all the benefits of working from home within an office environment, while also providing a professional corporate experience when needed, with our contemporary business-style meeting rooms and boardrooms.

We have locations from Bristol to Aberdeen and are expanding across the UK.

We fitted Scotland’s first dog park within an office, along with yoga studios, cafés, libraries, breastfeeding rooms, faith rooms, gyms, bike hubs, and free EV bike hire. We also have extensive car parking and a number of EV charge points.

Internally, we embrace soft furnishings and use local artists to add design flair to our walls.
